Vision & Mission
The Executive Affairs Authority (EAA) is a specialized government agency mandated to provide strategic policy advice to His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the United Arab Emirates.
The EAA conducts research on matters of importance; and implements a range of special projects at the request of the His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan.
Vision
To formulate, incubate, implement and assess strategic policy and projects, where required, across priority sectors of Government, as mandated by His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, in order to realize the country's vision of a secure society and a dynamic open economy.
Mission
Aligned with the priorities of and reporting to His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, the Executive Affairs Authority will:
- Identify policy requirements, conduct policy analysis, and develop policy recommendations;
- Act as a strategic counsel resource, and coordination facilitator for government departments, as requested;
- Provide independent insights and recommendations, as requested;
- Provide executive support functions in the development and delivery of policies, strategies, frameworks, projects, and operations, as requested;
- Act as an interface, on behalf of the Chairman of the EAA, with local and international government entities, as well as, across a range of public and private sector decision-making bodies;
- Manage high profile special projects in Abu Dhabi and the UAE;
- Continuously evolve and update as an organisation, depending on the requirements.
