Strategic Communications Affairs Unit

The Strategic Communications Affairs Unit provides advice to the Chairman of the Executive Affairs Authority on significant communications matters across various portfolios of the Government of Abu Dhabi and the UAE.
The responsibilities of the Strategic Communications Affairs Unit include:
- Working in partnership with relevant organisations at both Emirate and Federal levels, the team contributes to the authorship and publication of a number of significant government policies and public statements.
- Collaborating closely with a number of UAE Ministries and Federal entities on strategic communications initiatives, including the design and implementation of public diplomacy and international relations programs and initiatives.
- Working with key public and private entities to provide counsel and assistance in the planning and implementation of strategic communications programs that have the potential to influence the country’s reputation.
- Working closely with UAE and Abu Dhabi entities and committees, including in the development and execution of numerous national communications campaigns, international events, and high-profile projects in Abu Dhabi and the wider UAE.
